Description

This is an early 19th-century cottage, part of a short row, located on Dock Hill, Netherthong. The cottage is constructed of hammer-dressed stone with a stone slate roof and one ashlar stack. The south elevation has two bays. The central ground-floor entrance is flanked by a single three-light stone mullioned window on each floor. The north elevation has a ground-floor entrance and two two-light stone mullioned windows to the first floor.
