Description

This is a road bridge built in the early 19th century, located over the River Dearne at the junction with Manor Road. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone featuring ashlar voussoirs, a string course at the base of the parapet, and coping. The bridge has two round skew arches, each with a keystone. The north side of the bridge is similar in design but more plain. The carriageway is flat.
