Description
Bilham Lodge is a detached house, likely built in the early 18th century, with some alterations. The structure features coursed rubble, with parts rendered, and has quoins. It is topped with a stone slate roof that has hollow chamfered gable copings on cut kneelers and rendered gable stacks. The house is two storeys high. The entrance is framed by a chamfered, quoined surround and a chamfered lintel. To the right of the entrance, there is a 2-light window with a hood mould, while to the left, there are a 4-light and a 2-light window. On the first floor, there is one single light window, one 3-light window, and one 2-light window, all featuring double chamfered details. In the right gable apex, there is a foiled, square, diagonally set opening with a hood mould. The left side of the house has a recent addition, and the rear elevation has also been altered with a recent addition.
