Description
This cottage, located to the rear of Broad Oaks, dates from the late 18th century and is constructed of brick. It features a recent stone slate roof with gable stacks and stands two storeys tall. The central doorway has four upper panels and a lower ornamental panel, which is said to have been brought from the main house. There is a three-light window on both the left and right sides of the cottage on each floor, although some restoration work has been done. The rear of the cottage includes one and two-light windows set in stone surrounds. Additionally, there is a blocked loading door on the first floor of the left gable and a small recent addition on the right side.
