G.V. II House now in two occupations. Mid C17. Hammer-dressed stone (rendered), stone slate roof. Two storey. Hall and cross-wings the left hand of which projects to front and rear, single aisle to rear under catslide roof. Three gabled frontage of three bays. All have double chamfered mullioned windows. First bay has six-light window with hoodmould and ten-light mullioned and transomed window over. Second bay has six-light window and three-light fire window to housebody and ten-light mullioned and transomed window over. At junction of first two bays is main doorway with monolithic jambs and two-light window over. Third bay has five-light window with four-light window over. Over the ground floor windows of the second and third bay is a continuous hoodmould.
Interior: retains panelled oak doors and stopped chamfered spine beams, small oak wall cupboards. Above staircase is powder closet retaining recess for wigs and stone seat.
Rear has chamfered mullioned windows with square reveals of three, five and six lights, three stacks.
