Description
The stable and coach house, located 5 meters behind High Greenwood House, dates from the late 18th century. It is constructed of hammer-dressed stone and features a stone slate roof. The building is two storeys high. On the ground floor, there are four chamfered doorways, each with a single chamfered square window above. The left-hand return wall includes a basket-arched carriage entry at the first floor level, which has a keystone and impost that form the lintel for a single light window on either side. At the rear, there is a chamfered mullioned window at the lower end, intended for the groom's accommodation.
