No. 116 Halifax Road is a house that was formerly a lodge for Slead Hall, built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of hammer-dressed stone and features a stone slate roof. The building is single storey and rectangular in shape, topped with a pyramidal roof that has a tall central chimney.
