Description

No. 2 Broomhall Road is a lodge, now functioning as a house, built around 1830. The building is constructed of ashlar and features a hipped slate roof with a central coped stone ridge stack. It is a single-storey structure with a central 20th-century door, flanked by single wooden cross casement windows. The returns of the building also have similar single windows. The interior has not been inspected. This lodge was originally built for the Broom Hall estate.
