Description

Numbers 6 and 7 are two houses that have been converted into flats, built around 1850 and restored in the late 20th century. They are constructed of brick with stone dressings and feature hipped slate roofs, which have four side wall stacks and a single ridge stack. The buildings have a plinth, a first floor sill band, and a moulded wooden gutter with eaves supported by wooden brackets. They are two storeys tall and have a six-window range. The windows are 12-pane sashes with multi-keystone lintels, and the ground floor windows include aprons. In the centre, there are two windows flanked by single doorcases that have pilasters and cornices, featuring margin-glazed doors with geometrical overlights. Additional single windows are located beyond these, and the returns are blank. The exterior also includes an attached low brick boundary wall with rounded stone coping and a cast-iron gate. The interior has not been inspected.
