Description

Victoria Bridge is a bridge dated 1851, located on Station Road in Hebden Bridge. It is constructed from rock-faced stone and features two-span segmental arches supported by bullnosed and chamfered breakwaters. The bridge has a band and a parapet, with the bank reinforced by angled buttresses that slope down to the water's edge. These buttresses have copings that end in square piers with capping. The parapet includes stones that are marked with mason's marks of various designs.
