Description
This is a row of ten two-storey stone houses on the north side of Salisbury Place, dating from the mid-19th century. The front of the building is well-modelled, featuring eaves and three gables rising from a slated roof. Each house has three-light windows, with transoms above the lower sashes on the ground floor. The doorways are varied in design. Numbers 42 to 60 (even) together with numbers 2 to 64 (even) and numbers 37 to 55 (odd) form a group.
