Description
Salisbury Place features a row of ten two-storey Gothic houses, built in the mid-19th century, that step down the hill. Constructed from stone, the houses have eaves leading to a slated roof. Each house typically has two windows, although some have had their mullions removed. Above the entrances, there are shields with initials set in arches. This row, along with Nos 2 to 64 (even) and Nos 37 to 55 (odd), is recognized as a group.
