Description
The Old White Bear Inn is a public house dating from the mid-18th century, with later alterations. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone that has been rendered, and features a stone slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has a two-cell layout. The entrance includes a doorway with monolithic jambs on either side, leading to a three-light flat-faced sash window from the mid-19th century, with the central light being larger than the others. Above this, there are smaller three-light flat-faced mullioned windows. The gable is coped and has a stack.
