Description
Nos 23, 24, and 25 High Street are a row of three cottages with a shop now incorporated into number 25. They date from the mid to late 18th century and are constructed of thin coursed stone with a stone slate roof. The buildings are two storeys high, with each cottage having one bay and the shop located on the right. The openings feature plain stone surrounds, and the windows have flat-faced mullions. Each cottage has a 20th-century door on the left, a three-light window on the right, a five-light window above, and a stack at the right end. The shop has a door on the left, a two-light window on each floor, and no stack, indicating it is unheated.
