Description

This bridge, located approximately 10 metres north of the tower of the Church of St Mary, was built in 1859. It is constructed from ashlar and features a single segmental arch. The bridge has a moulded band and a parapet made of large blocks, which includes a recessed moulded panel displaying the date of construction. The coping rises over this date panel. At either end, the bridge has piers with plinths, recessed trefoil-headed panels, and stepped pyramidal caps. Part of the bridge is situated in the parish of Warley.
