House, late C17 with added barn c.1800. Hammer-dressed stone, watershot masonry to barn, stone slate roof. 2 storeys. Originally 2-cell house with added cell when barn was constructed. South front reads 2-light chamfered mullioned window with single light, formerly sashed, over. The 2 original cells each have a 4-light double chamfered mullioned window lacking 2 mullions. 2 inserted windows to 1st floor. To left is barn which has outshut with quoined angles. Coped gables. Right hand return wall has 2-light chamfered mullioned window lacking mullion next to inserted C19 doorway. 2 similar windows to 1st floor. Rear has 2-light chamfered window (lacking mullion) with same over. Doorway with composite jambs has chamfered surround forming lobby entry plan. C19 doorway in added cell blocked to window. Over, is large former sash window. 2 stacks to ridge and 2 other stacks. Barn has wide cart entry with straight lintel.
