Description
No. 287 Apperley Road is a two-storey house built around 1820-1830, constructed from thin stone "bricks" and linked to the nearby canal. The building features stone sill bands on both floors and has paired stone brackets supporting the eaves of its stone slate roof, which is flanked by chimneys. There are three windows with later sash designs set within squared stone frames, and the entrance has a plain doorway.
