Description

The New Inn is an early 19th-century, two-storey house constructed from sandstone with a stone slate roof and flanking chimneys that have cornices. It features a moulded stone gutter-eaves cornice and has a three-bay front with modern casement windows and a door. On the north gable end, there is a round-headed attic window with glazing bars that intersect in the head, as well as a tall round-headed stair light. The building is situated at an important site at the top of a hill.
