Description

This is a former cottage row, now comprising two separate properties, dating from the mid to late 18th century, with alterations made around 1800 and subsequently. The building is constructed of roughcast gritstone, with a stone slate roof and corniced chimneys. The windows retain their original design, featuring 2 or 3 lights with square mullions and squared surrounds. Doorways have squared jambs. The property is listed for its historical interest as part of a significant group of small-scale buildings within the township.
