Description

Nos 2 and 4 on Moorside Road in Eccleshill, built around 1800, are a pair of sandstone "brick" cottages, with No 4 possibly constructed slightly earlier. They feature stone slate roofs and corniced chimneys, with saddlestones present on No 4. The cottages have three-light square mullion windows set in squared surrounds and plain squared jamb doorways. Additionally, there are square mullion windows at the rear of No 4 that face Stone Hall Road. These buildings are included for their group value.
