Description

Far Isle Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed from coursed millstone grit and features a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and three first-floor windows. It has quoins and a central door set in a flush stone surround. The ground floor has flat-faced, recessed-mullion windows with four lights on either side of the door, while the first floor has similar four-light windows flanking a blocked central two-light window. There are end stacks. Attached to the southwest are farm buildings, which are not of special interest.
