Farmhouse, now outbuilding. Late C17. Coursed millstone grit, stone slate roof. Two storeys, one bay. South front: quoins. Doorway with chamfered stone surround, and two-light double-chamfered mullion window, the mullion removed. Shaped kneelers, ashlar coping. End stacks. Left gable, first-floor, has a four-light, now two-light, double-chamfered mullioned window.
