Description

Bank Nook is a pair of cottages that have been converted into one house, dated 'JMV 1774'. The building is constructed of ashlar with a stone slate roof and stands two storeys high, with each cottage comprising one bay. It features rusticated quoins and has central paired doors framed by plain stone surrounds, with a datestone positioned above. Each cottage has one window in a plain stone surround on each floor. The eaves cornice is modillioned, and there are shaped kneelers.
