Description

Blankney Grange Farmhouse and barn is a farmhouse built around 1840, constructed from sandstone "brick" with a stone slate roof and corniced chimneys. The front of the farmhouse is oriented at a right angle to the road and features three bays. It has two-light square mullion windows set in squared surrounds and a doorway with squarer jambs topped by a stone cornice-hood. Attached to the rear is the barn, also made of sandstone "brick" and covered with a stone slate roof. The barn has squared surround openings and blocked segmental voussoir archways.
