Description
Boggart House, located to the north-west of Esholt Hall, is an early 19th century estate cottage. It is built of sandstone that resembles brick and stands two stories tall, featuring chamfered quoins and a stone slate roof with coped gable ends and corniced chimneys. The building has a plinth and a band separating the two stories. There are two windows, each with three lights and square mullions, framed by raised edge surrounds. The doorway is similar in style and has a cornice above it. There is also a single-storey outbuilding with a monopitched roof and chamfered quoins, which includes a two-light square mullioned side window and is currently used as a garage.
