Description

Nos 3 and 4 Eldon Terrace are a pair of town houses built around 1840-1850, faced in thinly coursed ashlar sandstone. They remain unaltered compared to Nos 1 and 2. The houses feature a sill band, a frieze bed mould, and a stone bracketed eaves cornice with terminal consoles. They have a stone slate roof and corniced chimneys. Each house has four windows and a doorway similar to those of Nos 1 and 2. These houses are included for their group value.
