Abutting the farm house and of similar scale but set back somewhat. Now converted to 2-storey residential use. Coursed, squared rubble. Slab roof. Segmental arch to former barn door on north side and a few original ground storey openings. The outbuilding to the south-east, formerly bearing the date 1708, has been radically altered and is not included.
