Description

The building at 47-53 Park Road, Thackley, is a row of cottages dating from around 1800 to 1820. It is constructed of sandstone, appearing like brick, and has a roof covered in stone slates, with corniced chimneys. The cottages feature two-light square mullion windows set in squared surrounds; some of these windows have been altered over time. Doorways have squared jambs. The row is included on the heritage list for its group value.
