Description

This is a row of cottages dating to about 1800, located on Park Road in Thackley. The cottages were constructed using sandstone that appears like brick, with stone slate roofs and corniced chimneys. The corners of the facades are flush with quoins. The windows are square-mullioned, with two or three lights, set within squared surrounds; some of the windows have been altered. The doorways have plain, squared jambs. The group value of the cottages is the reason for their inclusion on the heritage listing.
