  1. Two pairs of cottages, Nos 167 and 169 circa 1800 and Nos 171 and 173 of circa 1820-30, projecting from building line. Two-storeys, irregularly coursed sandstone "bricks" to'Nos 167 and 169, regular coursing to later pair. Stone slate roofs with corniced chimneys. Single and paired dentil brackets to eaves. Two and 3 light square mullion windows in squared surrounds. Nos 171 and 173 have 2 each and central one over blocked carriage arch. Squared jamb doorways.
