Description

Breaks Fold, located on Wyke Lane, is a low house built around 1800 to 1820. It is constructed of sandstone "brick" and features a stone slate roof with a corniced chimney. The house has two-light square mullion windows set in squared surrounds and a doorway with squared jambs. This building is included in the heritage listing for its group value.
