Description

Breaks Fold is a pair of cottages built around 1800 to 1820, located back to back with Nos 9 and 9A Binks Fold and positioned at right angles to the rear of No 169. The cottages are constructed from sandstone "brick" and feature a stone slate roof along with corniced chimneys. They have three-light square mullion windows, with a blind single light above the doorways, all set in squared surrounds. The doorways have squared jambs.
