Description

Nos 12 to 20 on Sunbridge Road, built around 1875-1880, are four-storey commercial premises and chambers. The long elevation features a sandstone ashlar wall that is organized into a grid of pilasters, separated by moulded sill courses. The building has a corbelled eaves cornice and a mix of paired and single windows, with three grouped windows to the right. It includes stilted shaped heads and free-standing colonettes between the lights, showcasing slight Venetian Gothic details. The ground floor has been altered for modern shops.
