Description
Mould Greave is a house built in the 17th century style but dated 1742. It is constructed of stone with a stone slate roof. The building features a moulded doorway with a dated tablet above it. On the ground floor, there are chamfered, mullioned windows, with five and nine lights to the left of the door and six lights to the right. The first floor has four and six lights to the left of the tablet and four lights to the right. A continuous drip moulding runs over the ground-floor windows, which have carved terminals. The eaves have a stone gutter, and the gables are adorned with kneelers and coved tabling. At the rear, there is a central gabled wing with a gable bell, and a catshead dated 1805. The left side of the building features a ground-floor Venetian window dated 1805.
