Description

Number 36 is an early 19th-century former farmhouse with an integral barn, located on Windermere Road in Great Horton. The building is two-storeys high and constructed from sandstone "brick" with a stone slate roof and a corniced chimney. The windows are modern and set in squared surrounds. The barn, which shares the same roof, features a projecting pent roof portal. There are also some two-light square mullion windows on the rear elevation. This building is included for its group value.
