Description

This is a circa 1830 terrace of 23 houses, numbered 1 to 23, located in Moorwell Place, Eccleshill. It was originally built as a “back to backs” development. The houses are constructed of sandstone, which appears like brick, with stone slate roofs. Features include corniced chimneys. The windows are square-shaped mullioned windows with two lights, set within squared surrounds. The doorways have squared jambs.
