Description
The Black Swan Public House is a mid to late 18th century building with an early 19th century rear wing and some later alterations. It is two storeys high and constructed of rendered sandstone. The roof is made of stone slate, featuring saddlestones and shaped prominent kneelers, along with corniced chimneys. The front has two windows, which are two-light square mullioned, likely originally four-light. There is a modern gabled stone porch. This building is included for its group value.
