Description
Numbers 149 to 153 (odd) and the adjoining barn are a tenement conversion of a mid 18th century farmhouse. The buildings are two-storey structures made of sandstone "brick" with flush quoins and feature a stone slate roof with flanking and central chimneys. The south front has three windows; the outer windows were originally four lights, with the square mullions intact on No 153 but altered to two lights on No 151. The central window is a single light, all set in flush stone frames. The barn is part of the same range but has a lower roof. It features a large lintel over a chamfered doorway with a small window above it. Additionally, there is a four light square mullion window at the rear of No 149.
