Description

The village stocks, located approximately 10 metres south of the Church of St. Helen, are likely from the 18th century. They are constructed from sandstone and feature wooden boards. The structure consists of two round-headed posts that have slots for heavy movable boards, which include one pair of notches and an old iron clasp. These stocks are included for their group value.
