Description

This is a mid- to late 19th-century house located in Hickleton village. The house is constructed of deeply-coursed, dressed limestone, with stone slate eaves courses and a pantile roof. It is two storeys high with attics, and has two windows on the first floor. The central entrance features a board door with ovolo-moulded beads and an ashlar surround with an arched lintel. Two-light mullioned windows have casements with glazing bars, set within recessed, chamfered surrounds and deep lintels. Rendered brick end stacks are present, with plinths and decorative tabling.
