Description
This is a shelter shed located approximately 40 metres north of Manor Farmhouse, likely built in the early 19th century. It features a limestone ashlar arcade and rubble walling, with stone slate eaves courses leading to a pantile roof that is partly removed. The structure is single-storey and consists of a 10-bay arcade, with a short wing on the front right under the same roof. The arcade is supported by cylindrical piers and square capitals, which frame segmental arches with projecting keystones. A wall partition divides three bays on the right side, which do not have roof covering. The right wing includes a door with a small window opening to its left and has a hipped roof. The right return features a contemporary end block with large quoins, two segmental arches at the basement level supported by a bull-nosed pier, and a square-faced surround to a boarded opening above. An extension to the left, also under the same roof, has another segmental archway with boarded doors.
