Description
The shelter shed, located in the park 50 metres south of Lookout Farmhouse, is likely from the mid-18th century. The front wall is made of squared stone that is of near-ashlar quality, while the other walls are constructed from rubble. The south side features a central pair of segmental arches, with gabled returns. On the rear elevation, there is a central doorway with a timber lintel and a re-used voussoir from a medieval arch, which may date back to the 12th century. The shed was roofless at the time of the survey. This structure is included for its group value.
