Description
The gate piers with linking walls at Bilham Lodge date from the early 19th century and were built for the Brodsworth Hall estate. They are constructed from ashlar limestone and feature a central pair of gate piers, with an additional pier for the side gate on the left. The structure includes concave wing walls that end in piers. Each pier has a plain plinth and a shaft made of large blocks, topped with cornices. The piers flanking the gateways have large ball finials, and the wing walls are capped with coping. This structure serves as the west entrance to the Brodsworth Hall estate.
