Description

Lings Windmill is an early 19th-century tower mill constructed of red brick in English garden wall bond. It features a four-storey truncated cone shape. On the west side, there is a segmentally-arched doorway with original window openings above it on three floors, all of which are unglazed. The top of the mill has cogged and tabled brickwork, but there is no superstructure. Similar unglazed openings can be found on various floors on the sides and rear of the building.
