Description
Kexbrough Bridge is a road bridge, likely built in the 18th century, made of ashlar stone. It features a single-span, round-arched design and was formerly hump-backed, spanning Cawthorne Dike. At the base of the parapet, there is a band consisting of two deep courses. The copings are chamfered, although those on the east side have been replaced. Three pyramidal terminal caps remain, but they may be replacements. The bridge is partly located in the parish of Darton.
