Description
The archway, located approximately 10 metres west of the ornamental pool in the gardens southeast of Cannon Hall, is likely of 16th century origin and was placed in the gardens in the late 19th century. It features a simple Gothic arch with some attached stonework. It is believed to have come from either Silkstone or Cawthorne churches following their restoration in the 19th century.
