Description
This is a graveslab located approximately 20 metres west of the south porch of the Church of All Saints in Darton. It dates from around 1723 and is made of sandstone. The slab features a decorative sawtooth surround, with relief decoration at the head, relief flowers at the base, and relief foliage on the sides. It commemorates Sarah, the wife of Richard Greaves of Emley Park Mill, who passed away on August 17th, 1728, at the age of 65.
