Description
A pair of gate piers, likely from the early 18th century but possibly relocated, are situated at the north entrance to Birthwaite Hall. These stone piers are square and feature paneling with moulded cornices. Gadrooned pedestals support ball finials on top. The right pier shows significant erosion. These piers are included in the listing for their group value.
