Description

The ha-ha located to the south and east of Haigh Hall is likely from the 1770s and attributed to the landscape gardener Richard Woods. It features a coursed rubble wall with a ditch on the outer side. The wall loops to the south, and to the southeast of Haigh Hall, there is a gateway with stone piers that have moulded tops. This structure is included for its group value.
