Description

These are two houses, likely dating from the late 16th to early 17th century, though they underwent extensive rebuilding around 1960, including an extension to the right. The timber frame is visible in the front wall, but it is hidden behind a brick façade; the rest of the frame has been replaced with brick. The roof is covered in plain tiles, and there are brick stacks. The houses are two storeys high and have three-and-a-half bays. Modern part-glazed doors have been added to an off-centre entrance and to the extension. The wall posts rise from a plinth. The ground floor has modern casement windows. The first floor features close studding with arch braces. End and ridge stacks are present.
